Cotillion

 

 

 

The Foundation, established in 2000, is affiliated with Lambda Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which began the first DeKalb County Debutante Cotillion in 1985 for young African-America women. Through the years, over five hundred young ladies have been presented to the Greater Atlanta society and over $560,000 in scholarships have been awarded to participants.

The members of Lambda Epsilon Omega Foundation, Inc. sincerely thank you for visiting our Cotillion Page and welcome your participation in our 2008-2009 Cotillion.

Please feel free to download the requirements and application for the 2008-2009 Cotillion if you are interested in participating as a Debutante, Sub-Debutante, Host or Hostess.


 

Orientation

Orientation will be held on September 28, 2008, at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church 4:00pm to 6:00pm for all young ladies and who are interested in participating. You do not need an invitation if you meet the criteria and interested in coming to learn more details about scholarship opportunities and our program.

Letters of Recommendation and other requirements are due only if you decide to participate. Details about Letters of Recommendation will be provided during Orientation.  The program begins at 4:00 pm, but we ask that you arrive at 3:30 pm to sign in so that the program may begin promptly.  Attire for this event is business casual.
